Back to WW

So a year ago I did Weight Watchers at home for about 2 months. It seemed to work for me, but it became inconvenient because it wasn't on-line. I quit following the plan eventually. In January, I started using the Self Diet Club because of the easy on-line access and flexibility of the program. As I mentioned before, I can no longer access the website while at work. For some reason, that has really thrown me off track. Being held accountable for what I'm eating and seeing the numbers just really benefits me and makes me behave, lol. So Sunday I signed up for Weight Watchers on-line. I'm not that excited about it, but hopefully it will help me because I can access the website while at work. Numerous friends and co-workers have used WW and it has worked great for them. The only problem I have is I like to pay more attention to calories and fat, not just points. If I'm basing everything on points, I don't feel like I'm learning how to eat better or moderately. But we'll see how it goes. I've actually been comparing what I track on WW to what I can track later on the Self Diet Club. It gives me the real numbers for what I've been eating. So this will be a new beginning for me... I hope it will help me in the end. I'll keep you updated on my progress. Looks like everyone has good goals for the week. I'm sure you'll reach them all!
