You know, the best thing about this blog is that it's a great way to log and keep track of what we do to reach our goals. It's more effective, to me, than logging numbers all the time. It's hard, and sometimes, counterproductive to be a slave to the numbers. How many reps, how many miles, blah blah blah. I like just posting what I did and letting you ladies read it and glean inspiration from it, as I do from all of your posts. That said....WHERE ARE YOU GUYS NOW????
Today, I did pretty well eating, the worst thing I had was a large banana nut muffin, but I just needed something to go with my coffee. I usually have one of the sugar free pastries from Starbucks, but I was a little short on funds today. LOL. Anyway, I had a B.L.T. on rye, and a diet Dr. Pepper today, and I was a little hungry when I got home so I just had one of the boneless pork chops that my mom made and some applesauce with diet root beer.
I'm starting to plan my meals again. Tomorrow morning I'm going to have two eggs, hard boiled, with a few sausage links and some apple juice to start....and after my workout, my Activia light and maybe a Slimfast shake on the way in to work so I won't be tempted to sample anyone's cookies at work. I already have my can of healthy request chicken noodle soup in my locker, I'll just pop that in the microwave. And I'll have to force myself to sustain on just water because I'm short on funds. Did I mention I'm short on funds????
