OOPS! Sorry....and where is everyone.

I'm sorry about the multiple posts, they were sent from my cell phone and it must have had a glitch...I hope it doesn't do that all the time. And where is everyone? I've been checking to see how all my girls are doing and I'm the last post! LOL. Anyways, ummmm...let me weigh myself right now....194. That's a four pound difference. Still have 56 more pounds to go. Anyway, I've been eatin just OK...not good...not bad. I had Sizzler for lunch today, ceasar salad and fried shimp and a baked potatoe. The breaded shrimp and the baked potato are a no no to my style of eating. But other than that I've been ok. I had few more oatmeal cookies than I needed last night but my mom's delicious spaghetti just called for some sort of desert!!!

I also wanted to just add something to my blog entries and others can follow suit but there are just some women that I see on television, in real life, at my gym, or at work who just inspire me and I think they are noteworthy. Right now I'm watching an episode of CSI:Miami and I love the two actresses Eva LaRue and Emily Proctor. I admire that they are both similar to my body type and they appear to be very healthy women. Neither one of them are skeletal like alot of woman we're left to look up to can get, and they both seem very comfortable in their own skin. And I love the fact that Emily Proctor is short and curvaceous....I'm only 5'3".

Anyway, that was justs a little sidenote. I like to read up on these people just to see what their methods are. I've actually gotten some great tips from some of the articles. I'm starting the Self Challenge all over again today. Usually if I miss a workout, I double up. But I've missed a months worth....ain't that much double and tripling in the world!!! Anyway, good luck to you all and I'll be looking in for all of your amazing progress! Bye.
