Hey girls! Kia-good to see you back and in full effect posting! I was genuinely worried about you for a while there with your loss and everything, I was just praying that life didnt get you down, and that you would hang in there. Well, you did and you are so much stronger for it too! I posted the other day restating my goals, and well, I need to do that again. LOL, I didnt blow it badly with eating, but there is no structure that I followed the last few days. I ate sherbet in bed last night. Boo me! I mean, it's very low fat and all, but boo to eating at night in bed! I weighed myself the other morning, and I was down to 150, so I guess I just coasted with that, and slacked off. I am very happy to have lost 3 more pounds, I just really need to get back on the exercise.

Here I go, my goals from now to next Monday:

1. Work out 6 times

2. Don't eat closer to 3 hours before bed

3. Pray/meditate daily

4. Eat healthfully

Don't beat yourself up about the sherbet...though I don't endorse it in any way, I have not read any piece of real evidence that suggests that eating a little something at night causes any significant effects. It's still about what you eat, not when. I work at night so I have not choice....if eating at night were as bad as the "diet devils" say...I'd be 500 pounds!!! LOL. Hope to get a smile out of that one. Ok. gotta go now. take care.
