I'm so pleased with myself. I've been eating mostly good, but more than that, I've been getting in the runs that I told myself I'd do this week. That is the single biggest thing I've been doing to reach my goals. I always feel guilty when I don't do a workout, but the feeling I have after going running, especially when I hit the mileage marker I wanted to, I love it. Come out and play little endorphins!
It seems to me that each of us has an eating plan that we tend to follow. I really think that having some type of structure really has helped me there. If I'm not eating well, now, I know it, but I know how I'm not eating well. Does that make sense?
