Hi all,
Looks like it was pretty quiet here all weekend - hope everyone is doing okay. I have had a lot of good movement this weekend and a pilates class this afternoon (Sunday...) and I also kept food in control (with the exception of pizza on Friday evening...I could have cut back on that)
On the positive, I have lost 2.25 inches from my hips since joining all of you. My arms and thighs are also tightening up - I can feel it!!!
I'll post my weigh in on Monday, but here are my other areas of focus for the week:
1) Drink 64 oz of water each day
2) 3 trips to the gym this week
3) Record my food intake each day
4) Stay in control on Friday evening (4/11)
Hope you're all holding together - we can do this!!!

Hey Dawn--that is beyond exciting how many inches you've lost!!!!!! I know I have lost inches...everywhere! Bust, arms, hips, thighs...and it is such a great feeling when you can buy smaller clothes. I was wearing a size 18...and I just bought some clothes recently in a size 16! Keep up the good work! I don't think we've given strength training enough credit :)
