Hi Ladies! I hope you all had a great weekend! Looks like everyone is still hanging in there. Sorry I haven't been able to post much... work has been busy and I've been looking at homes to buy. Talk about stressful! I had a horrible experience with a realtor on Wednesday, but I think I have found a much better one that will suit my needs. Hopefully it will make the process easier. I haven't tracked my food much this week, but I've eaten pretty well. I've worked out twice by jogging/walking through my neighborhood and doing some ab exercises. Before the night is over, I am doing a kickboxing/cardio workout. Tomorrow I'm working out with a friend. I have to go out of town from Tuesday -Wednesday and then I should be able to fit some exercise in at other points during the week. Social hours at work have been hurting my diet, but I'm trying to overcome that! Anyone else dealing with after-hour work events? Any tips on how to stay on track? I don't like to make it so obvious that I'm watching my weight/diet. Call me paranoid!
Mhray - I bought some WW giant chocolate ice cream cones... yum yum yum! It's the perfect way to get my ice cream fix! ;)
Dawn - congrats on the weight loss! Keep it up!
Gonna be busy this week, but I am determined to stay on track.
Goals for the week:
Workout 4 times - cardio and some strength
Keep water bottle at my desk
Try to eat in as much as possible

If you have a lot of after work events, try grabbing a healthy snack or mini-meal before you go. Then you aren't as hungry and are less likely to eat a plateful of goodies, and stick with one or two.
