Great to see new people popping up and starting to interact.
Been a difficult few days since my last post. fell off the wagon a couple of times and now trying to make up for it. (because of this haven't bothered weighing myself.)
most of all, just being a little hard on myself for not having exercised the last several days. so hoping i'm able to keep myself under control today and the next several days.

Stay strong LosetheLard! Even if you fell off the 'wagon' a few times it sounds like you're getting back on which is what you need. Just remember: no one is perfect when it comes to always eating well and working out.
thanks a lot! that's one of the hardest parts for me. not to chuck all the progress because of a few f'd up days! Lins is that you?

Ooops, forgot to sign that one. It was me.

Was your excuse that it was cold out? 'Cause that was mine (and I'm sure Boston is even worse than NYC!!).
I'm not sure if you're using a gym or exercising by yourself, but if you feel guilty about skipping a few days, maybe just try to add an extra 10 minutes of cardio (even if it's just walking around) on the days that you DO make it in.
Of course, you may end up doing what I do which is rewarding yourself for an especially awesome workout with ...snacks.
Good luck!!

Hey LTL---don't get down on yourself about falling off for a few days...it happens to EVERYONE and the best thing you can do is just get back on!! Good luck this week!

Many Thanks for the words of support Ladies, you're right. no need to beat myself up. I've just added about 15 minutes to my workouts all week and it at least mentally makes me feel better for having fallen off the wagon!
