Weigh in stats - same as last week. No loss, but after some of the ice cream binges, no gain either.
My goals this week:
1. Do well on the one final exam I have
2. Go running three days this week
3. Really stick with my eating plan as much as possible (I have a wedding shower and a party to go to this weekend, so I'm going to try and eat some healthy snacks before I go, but we'll see how that works out)
Also, for anyone running, walking, biking, etc. outside - have you heard of RoadID? It's fantastic! You can get wrist IDs, ankle IDs, shoe IDs even dog tag style IDs that have your information and emergency contact numbers engraved on them so in case you get into an accident people can figure out who you are. I bought one last week and it's so much nicer than having to find a place to put my license when I run. I got a wrist one to "balance" out the watch on the other wrist. maintainig weight loss is hard so congrats! I checked out the RoadID.. that's pretty cool. I need to get one.
sounds awesome. My ipod armband has a spot for a liscense and a key, so that usually works for me... it's the Belkin one, not the Apple brand.
